Artech takes care of the design and engineering of your molds. In our in-house excellently equipped tooling and mold workshop, we produce the molds ourselves. TPE molds can also be made in-house.
In our own mold workshop we can turn, mill, spark erode, drill and tap. Everything needed to make good molds. Of course our machines are CNC-controlled, which guarantees the right precision.
Our technicians make molds for Compression, Transfer and Injection molding, both single and multiple. If required, we also convert existing molds from single to multiple or make existing molds suitable for injection molding. Because we can carry out these adjustments in-house, we can quickly scale up to larger series with an increase in demand.
With the knowledge of the processing of rubber, different production techniques and our own mold workshop, Artech offers a clear advantage: head start through possibilities, speed and manufacturability.
